Pearl Rock is nestled into the hillside with delightful views across the wooded valley, it has been fully renovated and is comfortably furnished in a modern practical style. The large well-equipped kitchen leads to a sunny lounge with wood burning stove for chillier evenings and sliding doors to a paved patio and large, mature lawned garden with several terraces, which can also be accessed from the patio doors in the dining room and one of the pretty double bedrooms. On the first floor is a wonderful master bedroom and high quality ensuite shower room, a lovely welcoming retreat where you can enjoy views over the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Enjoy a cool drink on the sunny patio and admire the stunning sunsets across the valley.
Committed to the environment, the owners have installed solar panels to heat the hot water and PV panels to generate electricity to create a ‘greener holiday home.’

The master bedroom does not overlook lawned garden, it is the opposite end of the property which looks down over the Coastal Path.
